StoneGate Stables leases dry stalls to professional trainers, giving them the ability to run an equestrian business from the SGS facility. They have access to all the amenities for themselves and their customers. Trainers are assigned stalls, turnout areas, tack rooms/feed rooms, etc. as well as storage areas for hay and shavings. Arena services (watering, grooming, dragging) and the maintenance of common areas are provided by SGS. On site housing is available for grooms and/or farm labor, if needed. Some contract labor may be available for stall cleaning, day care, night checks and/or grooming. Reasonably priced, good quality hay is also available through SGS.

No stalls are available at this time. Approximately 12-15 stalls will become available November, 2008.
