• Extra hay & bedding for stall rest & limited turnout horses

• Medical paddocks (sand & bluestone) provided for restricted turnout, as prescribed

• Administration of medication, as prescribed by vet

• Treatment of wound or injury, as prescribed by vet

• Other Veterinary care (cold hosing, sweat wrap, spider wrap, poultice wrap, etc.) as needed

• Scheduling & attending for farrier, veterinary and dental care (no charge)

• First emergency veterinary call with attended horsecare (no charge)

• Stalls picked out several times/day for stall rest horses

• Use of bitting rig to condition horses, as needed

• • Stall cleaned minimum of 1x/daily (seven days/week)

  • 12 x 12 matted stall with grills. Most with windows to the outside

  • Large boarder tackrooms with saddle racks and tack storage

  • Automatic thermostat-controlled cooling fans hard wired in each stall

  • AM & PM customized feeding and supplements

  • Fresh hay and water 2-3 times daily

  • Daily turnout (weather permitting)

  • Rotational turnout in sand paddocks in bad weather

  • Horses exercised in Free Style Walker in bad weather

  • Booting and/or fly masks for turnout

  • Halters removed at turnout

  • Deworming scheduled (fee applies for dewormer & administration)

  • Innoculations arranged and scheduled

  • Farrier, veterinary & dental scheduled (attending fee applies to std board)

  • Use of facility (indoor/outdoor arenas, bridle paths, hack field, wash stalls)

  • Blanketing/unblanketing of horses

  • Blankets bagged & scheduled for wash/repair, as needed

  • Grooming Supplies provided

  • Basic barn supplies provided (Furazone, alcohol, fly spray, shampoo, saddle soap, show sheen, baby powder, vaseline, etc.; no veterinary supplies provided)

  • Laundry service for SGS provided supplies, i.e. saddle pads, baby pads, girths, towels, bandages, polo wraps, etc.

  • Daily night check of all stabled horses performed between 7-12pm
